It means his bone marrow is making too many cells. I guess that could make sense with a spleen issue because when the spleen isn't working properly it could be eating up way too many cells as well. So if the spleen is destroying healthy cells it would signal the bone marrow to make new cells.....does that make sense? So unfortunately, the result doesn't say much..... just that something isn't working properly. Hopefully the other tests come back soon!

Test results are all back.  No sign of cancer or fibromolosis (sp??). :)  We have scheduled the surgery for Friday. 

Wow! What a roller coaster ride this has been!!

I'll say a prayer that Bucher is okay and his surgery goes well.  Thank goodness the tests don't show any cancer.  Let us know how he does.  :)
