Chocolate intake

I am well aware of my puppy care failures, but I hope someone can advise me. Tonight my 25 lb.

Sully managed to get the end (less than one inch of a six inch chocolate bar) while I was in the shower. I am hoping the small amount is safe, but I am willing to consider any options. Errr.... Thanks!!

He'll be fine. It's the dark chocolate or baking chocolate that is a concern. That little amount should be OK. My 23 pound corgi ate a TON of dark chocolate one night and I was up all night with her while she was like a dog on crack. Stayed that way for a day and a half while having severe diarrhea. She was fine, but had eaten a toxic dose so I was very scared....

Should be fine. Any problems would be minor. If you are worried you can induce vomiting. Give 1 tsp. 3% hydrogen peroxide for every 10 Lbs. of weight ( so 2 and a 1/2 tsp. for Sully) orally. Wait 15-20 minutes and, if no results repeat, up to 3 times.

Another she should be just fine. Max ate a half of a chocolate sheet cake with chocolate frosting...courtesy of a cat who knocked the pan on the floor. He had an upset tummy but after he purged himself of the cake he was fine.
