Corgi jumping fence

Our Riley escaped from our back yard today! We just about had a heart attack. She was left unattended in the yard for about 5 minutes, and then we found her in the park behind our house, luckily some people were there and kept her occupied, checked her tags, etc. so we were grateful to them for that. We thought for sure at first that she'd dug her way out, but we couldnt find any holes that were big enough for her to fit more than her nose through, so really don't think that's it. That leaves us with the likelihood that she somehow jumped the fence. It's a 4-foot standard chain link fence, with the part of the fence that's buried in the ground, that makes it about 3 feet, 9 in. tall.

She's about 7 1/2 months old now, and weighs about 18 lbs. Does anyone know if this is even a possibility? She can jump up on our bed, but only as of recently, and it's only about 26 inches tall, we never thought that she'd be able to jump all the way over the fence at this point in time. Regardless, she will not be making any more trips outside unsupervised, but I am curious if anyone can shed any light on her little escape today, cause we're stumped. She may have done a combination of jumping and climbing. I have had dogs who could climb when stimulated by something interesting so would get out but not get back in because the excitement was past.

I would have thought a fence at that height would have stopped her too. I am betting she tried out some risky behavior because she wasn't being watched. Things that are out of reach that dogs are curious about, especially low to the ground corgis, seem much more interesting, to my dog at least, when no one is watching. I have found things removed from a counter height table, a bit over three feet high, that defies physics. I could leave a whole cake on it all day it if I were home, but if I went out I am certain it would be gone. I wish I have a way to catch the mischief on video. Amazing.
