Doggie talk ???

Is it normal for Corgi's to "talk" ? Maggie will sit and respond to me talking to her with a sound that is not like a growl or a bark.  Crazy little buggers....

Sparty is a talker but Izzy and Buffy rarely do (did). My favorite is when Sparty doesn't like something I am insisting he do and he does the closed mouth woofs. I try not to let him know how funny it is!
