I'm visiting my fiance's family in Vegas, and brought Grissom along. I get nervous when I bring him to other people's houses, though I know he's been great in potty training, I always worry in a new place he might have an accident. He's not vocal AT ALL and doesn't always "tell" me he needs to go out. If i slip up or don't pay attention, he'll go by the door.
Anyway, they have a doggie door, and he was terrified of it for about... ohhh... thirty seconds.
In about two minutes of my fiance calling him in and out through it, it totally gets it, and goes in and out as he pleases. I'm so relieved I won't be worrying about him going at their door, that would make me feel awful.
He's such a smart boy! two minutes, and he gets it!
