Koda is almost 2 years and neutered, and this is the second time I've noticed a greenish-yellow discharge from his pee hole (I don't know the technical term).  I consulted with google and it said that yellow is normal, but when it's green it's infected.  I'm taking him to the vet, but does anyone know what sort of infection it is, or how it's caused?

Luke had this all the time as a puppy and the vet said it was normal. If it's unusual for him though I'd probably have it checked out.

If the hair of your Koda peepee is to long , he could get bacteria in there that can cause infection. I see those often at work.
Good thing you take him to the vet , he might need some antibiotic :) Bets of luck with Koda !

A great thing for bladder infections or uti is apple vinager in there food or cranberry juice in there water. They prefer vinager. And even if this isn't what he has it won't hurt him at all it cn only do him good.
