LO is 8 months and 10 days or so. I can still lift him and cuddle him. Can you still do that to your puppies at this age, or maybe remember if you could for those older pups.
LO is about 16, more like Maggie. That's what I was wondering. I am still stuck on how big My Max was at this age compared to LO. It is cute to still be able to scoop him up and have a cuddle. Mind you I have scooped Rexx up (lab-chow mix) at 50 pounds but he does not like it at all.

Yeah I laugh and say I have a mini corgi because she is so small. Her mother is small and her daddy big so who knows how she will actually turn out. I have been worried about her because other people I know, their corgis were around 20 to 22 lbs at Maggie's age. My last corgi was huge, she was like a giant. Guess I shouldn't worry because she is healthy. Your LO is very cute.
Archie is now 9 months and a little too heavy for me to lift, that and the fact that he is shedding like a monster and I would be covered in enough fur to build another corgi. So we are doing tame loving right now lol
The fur look might be in right now......if you are a dog, but it does nothing for me lol
Roll on tomorrow am hoping that the Furminator I ordered will arrive then, I have spent an hour twice today trying to get his fur down a little, within seconds he covered me again!!
Right now Leo is about 21 1/2 pounds at about 9 months old. He is a big boy. His mom is very small for a Corgi and his dad is just right. Leo loves to jump into my lap but he does not like to be picked up. Guess he wants the choice or thinks something is up as he gets picked up to go to the vet (and at the vet).
Finn will be 8 months in a week and he weighs 28 lbs, but he is a Cardi not a Pem. Still, we pick him up all the time to carry him up and down the stairs of our apartment and he likes to be held. If I sit on the floor, no matter where he is in the room or what he is doing he will run over to climb in my lap. He's definitely a lap dog. :)
