I don't usually like common human names for animals either, although I did meet a Dachshund puppy the other day names Carl and it was so fitting. :)

sorry, Reece sounds too girly (reese witherspoon is all I think, and I have a little girly toddler cousin named Reese) and Kaine sounds too tough-dog.

I vote for Simon and Kobe. I think they go well with Cooper and Nora and suit a blue merle well.

I was thinking Kobe might be good for a blue too. I would say Simon but Shepdog on here already has a blue named Simon and I wouldn't want to get confused. :)
