My male corgi Puck (7 months) has been hit or miss when it comes to peeing on the bed. He'll be really good for a couple of days and then out of nowhere he'll pee on the bed. And it is literally Ninja peeing. I never see it even if I'm making a point of catching him in the act. It's like he doesn't even know he's doing it.

Well tonight, my female corgi Penelope (approx 1 year) just peed on the bed. I think I could have scarred her into it though. I was in the middle of making the bed when she jumped up and I covered her with the blanket. When I uncovered her, there was a large puddle. She'd never peed on the bed and she's had free access to it only because she can actually jump up on it.

I'm not sure what Puck's trigger is. I could have freshly washed linens on the bed and he pees. The sheets could be a week old and he pees. I could be in the room with him and he pees or left the room and he's peed. Could it just be that's he's scared of the bed too? Or is he marking the bed? He doesn't mark anything else in the house. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I'm worried I'll never let them be up on the bed. My last dog I had slept with me every night and I miss it. It wouldn't be the end of the world if they just had to sleep in their kennels which I assume they like. Any help would be wonderful!

I had this happen with either Bella or Livvy for a short while...never figured it out as to which one but it stopped!Hopefully it's his age and he'll soon grow out of it!
