The law started in Apr. 2007. I think all of Queen's Corgi were born before then.

David is correct! As of July 1st 2010, Queen Elizabeth only have four corgis left (Linnet, Monty, Willow and Holly) and three dorgis (Cider, Candy and Vulcan).

It is also possible that her corgis were born naturally 'docked'. Ella is a natural. You have even odds of finding a natural dock in each litter of Pembrokes.

They also are disqualified from the show ring if they have a dog with a docked tail after the 2007 date!
