I was wondering if there was a safe sunblock (human or animal) I could use on the spot just over my puppy's nose. He gets a lot of sun, and I notice the white spot over his nose sometimes gets bright pink. He doesn't flinch away when I touch it, but I am worried he may be getting sunburn there.

*bump* for this post. when we took ein to the beach he got sunburned on the spot above his nose as well! i was worried about it so he had to be sidelined under the umbrella for the rest of the trip. anyone know of something safe to give?
Mine gets sunburned on her nose too. Ginny doesn't have much hair on her nose, so it's very pink. I've just used regular human sunscreen and try to rub it in really well. She still tries to lick it off. Maybe there's a pet-friendly sunscreen someone could recommend?
I just did a quick google search and came up with this. Don't know anything about it but it's a start. http://www.entirelypets.com/petsunscreen.html?gclid=CM2DtIuu05sCFRm...
I just put my sun tan lotion on their noses. I use Aveeno lotion or Coppertone non oily. I have never had either corgi have a problem with it and Sparty is allergic to almost everything.
Oh nose! D:
