Trinket has been with me since June of this year. She was rescued from a high kill shelter in the area and they had her listed as a corgi mix. She is definitely part corgi, she has the low slung body and she does the 'corgi flop' as we call it where she lays flat on her belly with her little back legs sticking out like frog legs. She has a herding instinct which our cat doesn't enjoy but he tolerates her to an extent.
Now, I don't know what she is mixed with...she has this big burly chest and weird pointy ears. Don't get me wrong, I think she is just adorable but I wonder what her parents might have been?
Here are a few pictures of my little brat...maybe someone here can tell me what they think she might be mixed with?

Well the other day I saw a real corgi/pit mix and that one looked like someone took the head off a pit and added to the body of a corgi...a real funny looking but sweetie of a dog.
Her ears do look pittish but I dunno...I keep thinking some kind of terrier...either way I love the stinker. She is so smart and so stubborn! I call her my little Gremlin...she looks like a corgi mixed with one of those Gremlins from the movie...so her 'middle' name is Gizmo ^^
