Has anyone tried trieball with their corgi? It is herding, but with exercise balls instead of sheep. There is a two hour workshop on it this weekend with the same instructor as my current class. I'm tempted...

I've seen videos of it but never had an opportunity to try it.  Looks like fun.  If there were a workshop near me I'd definitely go.

I'd do it! Dog sports are a great way to get exercise for master and pet, and forge a solid bond between the two in a working environment. :)

Definitely do it!  It's like doggy soccer. We'd definitely do a workshop, but my best guess is Waffle would be too uninterested in the non-living objects.  He likes his ball well enough but getting him to really pay attention to it unless it is moving is just not worth the hassle!

Haha Tomahawk has the exact same ball and goes CRAZY for it. Just taking it out of the closet gets him all hyped up. We have to take him to the park so he can play with it since he tends to knock it up against the fence and pop it.

I would love to get Tomahawk into this. You should definitely try it out!

It is official, I just signed us up. Hopefully all goes well. The workshop is at the same facility as an obedience class I may sign up for. It will be nice to check it out and time the trip. I think it is about 40 minutes.

Fantastic! I'm sure it will be fun and at the very least, a learning experience. Let us know how it goes!
