http://animoto.com/play/y2iq0DmLJ9EvX6FZwNm3XQ Pictures from the Corgi Faire on Sunday. Very cute montage! Some good pictures of Frodo and Crystal in there too ;) including a shot from the end at the 'obedience' game where Frodo was duking it out with another corgi that obviously had done long downs before.... Frodo was good and DIDN'T eat the hot dogs dropped around him, but finally after a minute and a half, couldn't handle the crowd watching and the noise... poor boy! Very cute pics though :)
Just reminding everyone that it is the 3rd Saturday, so there will be a corgi meetup at the Shoreline Dog Park in Mountain View, small dog side, at 10 a.m. this Saturday! I actually don't know for sure if Frodo and I will be there, because I've been sneezing a lot so far this morning and I fear I'm catching a cold. If it's just allergies, we'll be there! But if I still feel unwell, I'll be staying home instead.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

For those who aren't aware of corgi-l, the corgi list that has been around for somewhere around 20 years, or Corgi Aid, the fantastic organization that helps rescue corgis get fixed up - there is a book published every year to raise money for Corgi Aid: http://www.corgiaid.org/watching/ Also, there is an auction, also to raise money for Corgi Aid: http://www.craftsforcorgis.com/ Lots of wonderful stuff there! Check it out!
Don't forget, the Corgi Faire is this Sunday in Dixon: http://www.goldengatecorgis.org/events/2011CorgiFaireFlyer.pdf It's a great time! I will be there with my two cardis, one of few cardis who will be attending ;) see you all there!

We'll probably miss November's meetup, but hope to catch you at the next one.
I've only been to the Berkeley meetup once over 2 years ago - sorry I cannot remember how to get there.
Well -- hoping the weather holds --- I'm unfamiliar with the Pine Lake location. Can somebody write back with the entrance, parking, etc?
BTW --- not sure if anybody has been to Cesar Chavez park in Berkeley -- I've tried to find the dog park area inside the larger park with no luck. Anybody know how to get to that section?
I got Bella from Kim. She had 3 puppies left about a month ago. You will have to contact her to see if she has any left.

Tomo and I are happy to be here. We're looking for a corgi brother for Tomo. Can anyone help with breeder recommendations that may have a litter? Or perhaps any rescue corgis that might be available. Thank you!
