Murphy LOVES fetch. He even brings things over to play that aren't fetch-type toys like his rawhide. He could play for days straight and wouldn't bother him at all. I love it though. We'll throw the ball and he'll run as fast as he can to get it and then race back to me. Sometimes he'll throw it back to me with his mouth and sometimes he'll play "keep away" and not let me have it. Sometimes I'll throw it and as he's running off to get it I'll hide somewhere in the house and he'll have to come find me. He's too good at that though. He remembers my hiding places and then I have to find new ones.

Carly plays fetch with a squeaker toy, shaped like a long hotdog and i have to play tug a war to get it from her and then she sits politely wagging her stub while i throw it again. I dont quite understand why she doesn't just drop it so we can be on with the game, silly is right!!

Sinatra is a ball hog! He loves to play fetch but refuses to give back balls, he dances just out of reach, unless I have a chuckit. If I am holding that long plastic stick... the ball goes at my feet and he won't touch it. he is really silly.

This would be Livvy! She goes outside and turns around right by the door waiting for her ball!

I must say that Twinkie only plays fetch on her own terms and only a few times. Still, we like to see what all of the corgi cousins are up to. Have fun fetching everyone!

Well this must be the group for Callie! She will play fetch 24/7! Her need to ALWAYS be fetching is why we got her...her own dog in hopes he would relief some of the NEED to ALWAYS be playing fetch! I've mentioned this in other groups but perhaps should have been here instead! I guess it's kind of personal to mention but...MY nightly bubble bath is also fetch time! We have a toy box in the bathroom just for bath time rubber ducks. I wash my hair throw a duck, wash an arm throw the duck, wash a leg throw the duck and on it goes until hopefully I am clean but always throwing ducks. Forget shutting her out of the bathroom who can relax with a dog throwing themself against the door crying! Then there's bedtime where we take the dreaded frog to bed with us so we can play fetch until overcome with sleep! Sometimes sleeping with the frog in her mouth( I have pics). When the alarm goes off in the morning Callie's off the bed in a shot with the frog! If I hit the snooze button too many times I hear plenty of crying because I'm not playing fetch! I mean please I'm not even out of bed yet and she hasn't been outside yet! It's helped some to get her brother but still fetching is her heart & soul!

Snowballs are Lucy & Ruby's favorite! I buy bulk packs of tennis balls for them (just be sure to pick them up before you run the snowblower!)
