PS- Clint and Megan, where do you all live? Maybe we can start thinking play dates now that the two-legged kids are out of school.

I have had a message on Facebook today from a local lady looking for a mate for her in-heat Pem. You all are the only corgis I know around here. Is anyone interesting in getting her information from me?

We have a 6month old corgi and we would love to give him the opportunity to play with some corgis. Are there any corgi play dates in the near future?

Just curious does anyone know of a breeder Teresa Batten?

To everyone who is interested.... We had such a good time herding last time at the Canine Ranch in Waleska, I emailed the coordinator for other options to do at the Ranch and this was her reply:

Hi Avery,

Absolutely --  I would suggest half / half ...So what if you do an hour
on the lure and
an hour herding?    Or an hour on the lure and an hour swimming - and
you
can always do more or less as the dogs like it.    Based on humidity
levels, I
would recommend that you do an evening event instead of a morning,
because dew levels are higher in the am and I don't think the dogs will
last as
long...

Let me know what you think. Glad to see you guys coming back! CR

The half herding and half lure/agility sounds fun to me.  I don't know about yours, but my corgis are not big swimmers.  Lucy would prefer not to get anything but her tootsies wet and Rosebud likes to get up to her chest but not actually swim around.  But, we can do that option too if people are interested.
Who would like to go?  I can arrange this if we have enough interest.

How was Woofstock?  I had to work that day sadly but it sounded like fun.  The canine ranch does have agility classes and they probably would work with us if we wanted to get a group together.  How is everyone doing?  I am so glad summer is here!

Hey Georgia Corgi-lovers!  I haven't been on here in a while.  I would love to have another a Corgi out sometime.  The Canine Ranch was fun with the sheep herding.  I wonder if they or somewhere would have a Corgi beginning agility class for a group like ours. That would be so much fun.

We will probably still be there!  Look for us!

We are thinking about going to Woofstock but we won't be there until after 1pm because Demand and Shelby graduate from their obedience class that morning.

Is Woofstock in Suwanee on anyone's radar. I think we might head over there before noon since we have a function later that afternoon. I think we might take along an outfit for Twinkie just in case we are there for the fashion contest. It would be fun to see a corgi pal there!
