It was great to see (and hear) all the corgis. We do have a great bunch of corgi owners here in Houston. I look forward to seeing everyone the next time around. Oh, idea: having a beach outing will be fun. I took my two there and they had a blast, I buried Radar and Kayli in the sand, then called them to me, so digging out ensued. I have never seen so many people cheering for dogs to get their owner.

We had a great turn out last night at the Boneyard! Loved meeting some new faces! Pudge thoroughly enjoyed trying to out bark Spencer and Roady.

see you guys at boneyard!

They actually have a communal bug spray supply, which adds one more reason why the Boneyard ROCKS.

yea! We can finally make it! Don't forget bug spray. This will probably be our last meet up because we are moving to Wichita Falls but we are excited for Sadie to run with other corgi's

OK! We are on for 7pm. Will try to wear some corgi gear otherwise I am sure you all can hear Pudge from a mile away. Bring cash if you want some food from one of the awesome food trucks, but the bar itself accepts credit cards. We will try to get early to get some good tables.

Monday May 28 at 7pm to the dogs get tired (9ish?)

memorial day weekend is good for me. Radar and Kayli are ready for corgi time. Please let me know the final decision, and this time no excuses, and its CORGI time.

Daisy and Pudge can have a bark-off. :) Pudge does nothing but bark like it is going out of style. It's the only way we can find him in a crowd of dogs. I hope to meet Scout!

We had a great time at the meetup Sunday afternoon. I think we had 7 corgis. Of course, Daisy barked most of the time! :) Scout was a little gem and they were pooped out on the ride home. I will post pictures on my page soon. I would love to try to go to the Boneyard. We will be doing an agility trial in Hitchcock that day but I think we may finish early enough to get there by 7. Maybe if Daisy is pooped from agility she won't bark so much!

Hey y'all... haven't be able to make it to the latest events, they keep putting me on call or I am out of town that weekend!!! I was wondering if anyone wants to have a meet up at Houston's one and only dog park / bar hybrid on Memorial Day Monday? 7pm?

No kiddos allowed. They have beer, wine and sangrias. We had a successful meet up there before. They have some awesome and diverse breeds, it's not all pitties like Danny Jackson. They usually have a food truck out front. I will post on corgiaddict / poopster to see if we can expand our mycorgi Houston crowd. :)
