Hola everyone! I am getting the weekend plans setup and I wanted to know what location is the park at? I see one in Pasadena, Clear lake, and Webster. We are headed to Houston for Saturday and trying to see if we can make it out to visit everyone. We hope to see everyone soon.

We are going to be at the Bay Area Dog Park next Saturday, June 21st about 9AM if anyone wants to join us. We have a small bucket of tennis balls to distribute for BringFido.com. Hope to see some corgis there!

Another corgi (mix) in need of help. He has until 5/27. I really wish we had a better local corgi rescue group. Here is his info:

HOUSTON-TX: THIS BOY HAS NOTHING YET!...I called shelter today and this boy was impound as a stray. Look that face!..he is at Harris animal control, please let's help him to get a rescue or adopter!..ID#A406504. I am a male, red and white Welsh Corgi - Cardigan mix. The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 6 months old. I have been at the shelter since May 22, 2014. Contact Harris aco at 281-999-3191 M-F from 9am-5.50pm, lobby hours M-F from 1pm-5.30pm, Saturday 11am-4pm. Adoption fee is $50 included spay/neuter and vaccinations. Shelter is located at 612 Canino Rd, Houston-Tx. SHELTER IS CLOSE FOR MEMORIAL DAY, means, ALL PETS HAVE EXTRA DAY!...all pets have 3 business day to be rescue/adopted.

We are going to go to the Dog Day at the Astros game in late April if anyone cares to join us. We have been a couple of times and had a blast! Can you imagine if we had a pack of corgis!

We will be at (another) agility trial this weekend if any of you would like to come down and watch in Santa Fe/Alvin.  The trial is Friday evening from 5 to 8ish and Saturday /Sunday from 8 AM to about 5:00 PM and you can come by anytime. It is always a lot of fun and I am hopelessly addicted! This is a CPE agility trial and if any of you are in training, it is a good place to start trialing. Everyone is super supportive and not so competitive. We will be at another trial next weekend in Houston. Both are outdoors on grass so the weather may be wet this weekend! Chip will be at Boneyard Drinkery tomorrow from around 2 - 4 PM with some other friends! Please feel free to come along, I'd LOVE for Chip to meet more corgi brethrens and sisters :)

Does anyone know if Spotts park is a nice place to bring your dog? I know its not a dog park we don't mind.
