The Baytown Kennel Club is hosting an agility trials at the Crosby Fairgrounds this weekend (Oct 9-11) if anyone is interested in going to watch.

Grand Opening Celebration for Sugar Land Dog Park this Saturday the 10th from 10-1. This is where we live so we are estatic and will definitely be there. If anyone else plans to go, let me know and we'll try to be there around the same time.http://www.ultimatefortbend.com/2009/10/long-awaited-dog-park-final...

I am guessing this was a team effort....

Try cayenne pepper, it won't stain like the liquids.

Off hand I wonder if you shouldn't use tabasco. Some dogs find it delicious. Maybe a coating of just spicy things (a raw piece of habanero) would deter the wee monster.

OK, so maybe I'll try the tabasco. And some new rawhides.

Ouch! The only furniture Izzie's chewed on was the stools in the kitchen; I rotate out plenty of bones, ligament chews and bully sticks during the day and she generally leaves furniture alone now.

With my parents doxie we resorted to tabasco sauce. None of the sprays worked and he was destroying ALL the wood in the house! Furniture, tables, window sills, bookcases, nothing was without toothmarks. The tabasco worked very well; adding in new chews at the same time made him stop within days.

No matter how many rawhides Jet has available, the stool legs in the kitchen still taste better. The last few days we have been leaving Jet in his crate and letting Penny stay in the kitchen while we're out running errands. I hate locking him up, but he's destroying the house! We are getting laminate flooring put down because he and Penny have shredded the carpet.

After coming home from work today I discovered that Roxy chewed a hole in the couch. I guess its back to crate training.
