Hi Ann:

I don't think the breeder you mentioned is the one I got mine from as she's never owned a shop...Your Scout is adorable! :) Of course, he's a corgi after all :) Yachats is about 12 miles from us. We absolutely love living on the ocean after living in the desert for 30 years!! I used to live in Ontario when I was a kid and we'd go to Boise frequently. I really enjoyed our visits there.

Hi Kathy,
We have spent time in Bend, and a few years ago, when we were looking for a new corgi pup, contacted a woman who owned a dog product shop there--she was involved in the parade you mentioned--may have been the breeder of your pup, but I can't remember her name now. We didn't get a pup from her because we were not interested in herding/obedience, etc., just a pet. We finally got our Scout in Idaho from a great breeder. Your Gryffyn is a cute guy! We also have spent a number of vacations in Yachats, isn't that near where you live? We love Idaho, love Oregon, and love corgis! Welcome to mycorgi.com!!!

Hi: I'm new to mycorgi.com and so far, I love it! I'm training my "little man" in obedience with the hopes of competing. I live on the Central Oregon Coast. Anyone else in Oregon going to be competing with their dog? Any type of competition...
