Thank you for inviting me to join this group. I have recently published a unique knitting book just for all of you who love Corgis. It is called The Crafty Welsh Corgi Knits. It contains 25 charted designs of the breeds (both Pembrokes and Cardigans) doing all the activities that are unique to the breeds. These designs can be knit into any of the 25 designs for sweaters, hats, scarves, afghans, etc. that are included in the book. To make it special, the book also talks about the breeds and contains over 70 photos of these dogs in action.

You can check it out by visiting the

Good Afternoon! I'm a Helpdesk Level 1 on the Windows/Operations team at my company doing first line support for our employees. I go by Chelle and all my animals (3 dogs and 2 cats) have been adopted. I have dreams of becoming a free-range Corgi breeding sometime in the future when I can get some decent land out in rural Texas. My shorgi girl Micah just confirmed my love for corgi's and I can never see myself without one anymore. They really are the best breed ever.

Hello fellow Corgi-owning professionals! I guess I'm not technically a professional yet, but I hope to be soon. I graduated from law school in May and I'm currently searching for a job. I'm hoping that whatever job I get pays enough that I can get my Shayleigh girl a house with a yard, but still gives me enough time to spend with her.

Welcome to all the new members!! No one is biased when they mention how adorable or great our Corgis are. Those are stone cold facts! hehe Hope everyone is enjoying their careers and their summer.

I am a professional who owns Corgis. I am actually an Accountant but I work as a Lab Technician in the renewable energy field. It's a long story why, but I love the job and getting to play mad scientist every day. I also have a great schedule so I can spend lots of time playing with my 2 Corgi boys. I couldn't groom or train your Corgi professionally...but I could do their taxes or test their conductivity.

What a neat group-we are a diverse group of Corgi-Lovers aren't we? I am an R.N., work in the E.R. Problem is 12 hour shifts (nightime) and puppyhood. The two don't mix well.

Hello,
Cathi here, Bunny's the pwc in the picture. My professional life is in academia, as an administrative assistant to two academic departments (chemistry and physics & astronomy).
Dog wise - we found Bunny through the local corgi rescue group almost 2 1/2 yrs ago now. Love her to bits (maybe that's why she keeps loosing bits and pieces of fluff and fur!) Love the breed, and working on getting more active in the local AKC group and corgi group.
