I tell the girls here at work that I'm coming to work to relax - ha!

I think the one really dragging is Alec. Luckily his special for the upcoming weekend isn't coming so he only needs to be at the show on Saturday to handle, judge the fun match and something else. He can just stay home otherwise.

Well, dewclaws are off, including many rear ones. Abbey has a littermate that had them and otherwise I've never had to deal with them. Interesting to say the least.

Doc gave Abber's a green light. Said she looks good. We finally got her cooled off some and when the mob descends on her, she isn't over heating nearly as badly as yesterday. And she's taking her own breaks from them, which is good! Eating well, inhaling the raw beef liver and now to find her some tripe.

I have two 4-H families near me with fresh goat milk and will be making runs to get some tomorrow.

Reminder to others--it's best to know your local 4-H/extension office. Never know what you might need! 4-H is an awesome outlet for dog people in many different ways.

i have heard of the club. probably ran into some of the people when i showed at pomona years back. hate to say it, but they weren't very friendly. well, you tell mr. hank to get those last points because we would love to hear about a new champion! after we all got excited about that "LIL BITTY" litter at cindy's a new champion would be the icing on the cake. so much going on. all those new babies are so adorable. well, now we have new pictures to look forward to: up-date baby pic's and soon, a new champion. go hank!!!! he has a fan in wisconsin.

Four points to go! A few more local shows where we might be able to do it.

The Santa Barbara event was very nice. They added the Breeder's Showcase and buffet dinner to build interest and attention... it was very exciting. Lots of history at the Santa Barbara club.

Santa Barbara, CA, Kennel Club: Hank took Winner's Dog on Saturday, and Best of Winners on Sunday. Corgis from Bill Shelton (Coventry) took Best of Breed/Group/Breeder's Showcase/Show... it was a great Corgi weekend.

We were planning on just keeping one but with this many, we might keep at least 2 to grow out on.
