Yea I've seen that when specials are offered on single days and usually associated with the show but the collie special takes up the entire weekend is totally unassociated with the Grove shows so I was completely unaware it was going on.  That was until I went to see the numbers for Claremore, OK this weekend at foytrent and seen the collie club premium for the same weekend as Grove. Then it all clicked.

yup..:) if a specialty is being held nearby  that breed is usually not offered:))

Never mind, I just figured it out. The Collie Club is holding it's Nat'l specialty down the road in Tulsa that same weekend.

Got a general dog show question for you all. Why would a certain show not offer certain classes for a particular breed, and not just the usual BSL breeds.  I was reading through the premium for the Oklahoma shows in a couple weeks and it said classes for Collies would not be offered.  Just wondering why.  Not hat I have collies but just thought it was interesting.

I have not shown under that judge but name sounds familiar....

will this be Mr Wilsons first outing???  so exciting:)))))))))))) be sure to keep us posted:) and have fun!!!

beautiful day here.. I cautiously think maybe spring may have sprung??? although  its a ways to go to fishing opener... which is typically winter again for a couple days lol....

candace- i think mr. wilson is just a handsome young man and i wish you GOOD LUCK. have fun and keep us posted on his showing. how old is he?? anyone doing anything this weekend? i guess we are expecting some more snow-yippeee!!!!!!!!!!!! just why do i live in the mid-west?? oh, i forgot-even those that don't normally get "weather" has been suffering also. well, it'll make joker happy- darn little cor-husky. all take care.
