sounds like you all had a fun filled days. it's so much fun taking them to their first match/show. jack was around 3months when he went to his first "puppy play day" his competetion was his two sisters, roxy and bela. it was quit the experience showing him when he had "no legs" (they didn't grow until later). anyway, he ended up going best of breed over the girls. part way thru group though, he pooped out and just didn't want to go anymore. no biggy. he had fun and that's what i wanted. but approx. one month later he showed me what he was made of when we took the 1500+ mile trip back to wisconsin from utah. we have ben here ever since and that was back in 2000. we are getting snow right now. makes my day. i'm so happy i think i'll go back to bed and stay there until the boys have to go out again. i think we are suppose to get like 2-5 inches, i think. the weatherman is hardly ever right, so i just wait until all is said and done and i hear the finall tally. take care.

Fun weekend!  Charlie, Walt and Luna-the fab 3 left from the Dirty Dozen attended their first fun match this weekend.  Charlie took best puppy in breed then on to a group 2.  My good friend Kerri's adult cardigan Michael, went on to BIM!  He's had a scare recently and this was a great calming atmosphere to get his head back in the game.

Walt, silly Walt, had a slight mishap on the table, ended up on his back, jello dog and that's how the judge looked at his bite.  Totally a moment that reminded me so much of his Grandpa Wally.  Luna was not impressed with the whole thing and I kept getting the evil eye as she was going around-The Ms was showing her and I was sitting ringside with Charlie who was having a fit because he wanted to go in too.  Charlie was wagging his tail, having a blast and totally loved it all.  He is a little high in the rear right now, which is typical of my lines at this age and had Kerri giggling outside the ring because he was bouncy in the rear-wagging his tail so hard.

And I am happy to report that Lovely Princess Luna has found her forever home in IL.  She'll be a camping pal to a blue cwc boy how owns two awesome retired school teachers.  Leaves in 2 weeks.  And then there were two....

Holy Carp!  I totally had a senior moment.

It's also the 5th birthday for my Cliche litter which includes Wally jr in WI, Zino in IA, Beckham in MN, , Rosie in NE, Molly in IA, Clover in MN, of course the infamous Abbey-mother of the Dirty Dozen and last but simply not least, my Moose.  We have soccer stars, 4-H dogs, rally and agility dogs, Canadian, Int'l, and AKC champions, therapy dogs, herding fiends and as my snooki dog would tell ya--travelin' buddies.   1/2 of the litter were fluffs, equaled out at 2 girls, 2 boys each fluff.  Even with that, they were placed quickly and into great families that adore their super furry dogs.

Yes it was a memerable birthday for the Ms, helping to whelp puppies.  We did do presents, cake and celebrations later on though.

Happy Barkday to the Cliches'!
