I know you have noticed that I haven't been on for awhile and I have been super busy with life in general and apparently I got into a wreck nothing major. I ended buying a new car.... Fun! Fun!

Congrats Shelly on being a g-ma! :) Well the entry never showed up and I never had the chance to show Paris. I attened the show anyways to support my friend/breeder who was showing her Champion male.

Congrats on Hank ! I have met Elizabeth Session in person.. since I am a newbie in the show world. When I took Paris for at the dog show match (an education show) Paris came in 1st and there was another pembroke in the ring as well. She is a beautiful sable. I was not expecting Paris to get a first place ribbon. The jugde mentioned to me that could have picked Paris of BOB since her chest has not dropped at the time. Elizabeth Session happened to be there and she was really nice. I have seen her beautiful Corgis. She also shows and breeds Swedish Vallunds.

How is everyone doing? Looking forward to the holidays soon ? :)

Welcome to the group! That is awesome....The cardi nationals this year will be closer to you in Houston Texas this April..you should go and meet more corgi people. I can't go but am sending my 2 puppies to show.

Hey everyone I just found out about this place a few days ago and am excited to be part of a group where everyone knows what a Corgi is. They aren't very common in North Alabama and my Wife and mother in law learned about them doing horse shows around the south. It all started with my MIL's dog checkers who was lonely so he got Daisy. Checkers and Daisy had puppies February of 2009 (Lily and Wren). Daisy became attached to my wife before we were married and became her dog. When Courtney moved in after we married she brought Daisy and Lily to live with us. Wren and another Aussie ( Piper 7 months) live with Courtney's Sister. A month ago my MIL and us each got an Aussie (brother and sister, one for us one for her) to come live with us. Its the Aussies that we will show because it was part of the contract and I hope that this group will shed light on the experience as no one in the family has any dog show experience. when that is over in two years then we hope to start Agility with both of our dogs. On 10-19-10 Lily went home to live with Jesus and is all better. And that's where were at in life.

i think i need glasses!!! oh wait-there's a pair of glasses on my face already!!!!!! let' me clean them, then maybe i can see better!!!! help-----i'm beyond all hope!!!!! results are up for SF, i think i saw them-- oh oh-- maybe it the glasses thing happening again!!!!! quick-someone send me a bottle of "puppy breath" it will help!!!

i thought big sky country was montana. i've never been out east. well, then katie and gigi are going to have fun. hopefully kate will have the camera ready when gigi experiences her first snow. shelley, will call you later. maybe we can have another day of "phone tag!" have laundry to do and dig out winter clothes.
