ok ganf now is I am being accused of "going to the dark side" LOLOLOL with borrowed cardis, now I have Cindy looking for a friend in SF this weekend with Norwegain Elkhounds LOLOL hmmmm what shall we call that LOLOLOLOL
My friend is going by self with her special and a young bitch, ( I know Vicky- I tolde her... LOL but she wants to do it) so may just get stuck if her bitch makes it to BOB ring...LOL

the big winds have finally died down here. no damage, so good to go. cold here. today will be spent getting out winter clothes. yippee!!!! so, kate and gigi-- any big bad weather out there? are you geting ready for the winter season? let me tell you, at least with my hounds, they love winter. this will be jokers first winter with me, but sandy said he likes it. jack plows thru the snow like it's nothing. depending on the snow fall, my bother will snowblow out a huge are in the back yard for the "potty" area. half the time, jack plows thru and creates his own "potty" area. these corgs are a blast to watch out in the snow. that is, until they get "frozen toes". ok, some put booties on theur dogs, i don't. when that happens, we have "PUPCICLES" any one else have snow stories? heck katie-do you even get snow????

Worse last night and today then it was during the High Wind Warnings. We did have issues with the duck yard and have some repairs to make so the quackers are once again under their mesh topped pen, but nothing serious. Though Alec did say yesterday the funniest site was watching the whole herd race across the yard-towards the barking dog and seeing that they were being chased by an runaway 5 gal bucket.
Keep warm, dry and safe guys! Heading out for the weekend shortly. Will catch up if the kid remembers to bring his laptop along.

weird , teresa, here not the heavy wind they expected... some strong breezes but .. hell my patio table umbrella still open and fine:) usually I have to put it away...if any real wind... but its still standing LOLOL

nah vicky some wind but basically storm warnings all hype here, we kinda stayed in the eye of the low... mist alternating with some heavier rain/snow flurry south to Duluth.. but here its just wet with some steady wind... hasnt chilled off to the temps they thought here... although def. cooler. worse to the south of me.. go figure
