Poppy is her real name but we call her Scout when she's nosy, Corgeezee when she's sassy, Li'l Peanut when she's silly, Ladybug when she's sweet, Monkey-dog when she's wild, and Bossy Boots when she's getting a little too big for her britches.

Sharon F, that is so tragic.  Thanks for sharing that info....I will now be more vigilant from now on!!!

JD got his name from his original owner.  He was named after the main character in "Scrubs".  I got him when he was 3 months old and decided not to change it as he was used to it.

Hello Corgi friends, I just wanted to let everyone know about a terrible tragedy that a Facebook friend suffered.  Her young Corgi got into the trash overnight while unsupervised and found a potato chip bag.  As Corgis will, he stuck his head into the bag, couldn't get it off his head because of his short legs, and suffocated and died.  Please secure your trash cans so that your Corgi cannot get into them, but even better, cut ALL bags into quarters before you throw them away.  This includes chip bags, plastic grocery bags, plastic vegetable bags from the grocery store, storage bags, ANY AND ALL plastic bags!  I even got down on my hands and knees to see the world at "Corgi level" to see what Dover might be able to get into.  It's so easy to miss a bag which has fallen behind the trash bin.  We need to be diligent to keep our beloved pets safe :)

Jillian Morrison, I love how one name morphs into another, and another, etc.  What does JD stand for?  There was a dog on the show "Dead Like Me" named JD and it stood for Just Dog, I always thought that was cool :)

This is JD, his first nickname was J.Diddy,

then it advanced to J.Diddles,

DiddlyDo,

Diddles,

Rabbit (because he ate all my vegetables growing in the garden)

And munchkin, because he's so short.
