We have a nine year old Corgi and he acts as if he's trying to cough up a hair ball several times a day. Does anyone have any knowledge in this area?

Does anyone know if boiled or roitisserie chicken is a bad idea for a Corgi? Our boy loves turkey and chicken but I don't know if there's anything wrong with giving him a little in moderation. He is on a special food to balance out his PH level in his urine. The food is so bland that I feel the need to sneak him a little taste of something tasty. Your thoughts?

Bert is surely a handsome fellow. Is he a fluff? It looks like his has a lot of hair.
It sounds like you are taking wonderful care of Bert. Let me know what the vet says about the lump you found on him. I can't believe as many times as I had my hands on him that I didn't find it.
I HATE ticks. Last year was awful! I found sooo many ticks on Maxx, the kids and me. It also seemed that everytime my husband mowed the lawn, he had one on him too.
I found this lawn spray (Bayer Advanced - Complete Insect Killer) at Home Depot that is supposed to help cut back on the ticks and fleas in the yard. You just attach it to the garden hose and spray the yard. It did seem to help last year and I'm going to use it again year. So far, I've only found 1 tick.
Bert is a real sweet heart. I'm so glad you found him! I think about him all the time, but I never worry about him.
I'm always watching for Corgi's in need of rescue. I already let them know that if the loose Corgi needs a temporary home, I'll take him :)
You've got to post a picture of Bert in your Cooper. When I saw him in his seat yesterday, I wished I had my camera!
