- Griffey was a housewarming gift the day we moved into our first home back in 2005. He can be playful and silly, and also very serious and introspective. We call him the Emo-dog. He is beautiful, smart and willing to do anything. He behaves in whatever situation we put him in. He loves to go out to dinner with us at a local restaurant, and gnaw on a bone (provided by the owner) while we dine on the patio. Griffey was the featured “Daily Puppy” on April 10, 2008
Charlie came to us in 2007. When Griffey turned 2, I thought it might be good for him to have a dog of his own, so I started investigating Corgi Rescue. It took about 2 weeks to find Charlie through St Anthony’s Canine Rescue.

Anyone have any experience with TPLO Surgery?

Charlie (my Pem) has to go in for TPLO surgery to repair his CCL of his rear left knee.
I have heard that the recovery time can be as long as 8 weeks. I was wondering if anyone else has had a Corgi go through this surgery.
