My poor Luffy broke his wisdom tooth, half of it chipped off. Is there anything I can do in the meantime until his vet visit on Friday? He doesn't seem like he is in pain right now. I can see that…Continue

My Luffy is starting to show a bit more aggression lately. Today when I tried picking Luffy up off the bed he started growling and showing his teeth. I wasn't exactly sure how to handle the situation…Continue

Thought you guys might find this interesting. There has been a more accurate ranking system established for the intelligence of a breed/dog and you might be surprised with the results. Apparently our beloved corgis are among the ten LOWEST in intelligence on the chart.
Ranking of Dogs for Obedience and Working Intelligence:
1. Poodle
2. Border Collie
3. Doberman…

I was so amazed how Luffy's herding instinct just clicked on when he first saw the sheeps. I was thinking he would have been scared of the sheep since he has never seen one in his life. I'm so proud of my little guy!

Both the corgi's are really hesitant to go into the water and then finally the tri corgi gets impatient and gives a little nudge to the other corgi, lol.

Hi Nathan & Luffy,
For some reason my messages stopped posting. I don't know if you got any of the last of them. The DERP links were hilarious BTW. I enjoyed chatting with you. Maybe Ill see on line again some time.
Arrow
Luffy's all good! I think he was just protecting his buddy Ranger. Gibson totally understands. ;}
Hello Nathan & Luffy!
Are you going to the Corgi Beach Day at Huntington on April 20, 2013?
Here is the link to the facebook event page.

That was a very good joke. We've been outdone.
I am really happy the Luffy is doing better! Fae is adjusting to life without her sisfur. She has the odd moment still where I am sure she is looking for/missing Sumiko, but for the most part she seems to have accepted that she is gone.
So far, Saturdays in April are open. Tomorrow is out, going to Angels' ticket window to buy our games for the baseball season. (yay)
Hey Nathan! I have been meaning to ask you. but never seem to run into you, how is Luffy's sneezing problem? Is he doing better?
Would like to try & meet with other corgi families.
We have been to the Huntington Central Dog Park once. Can't make it there to meet other corgi families because it conflicts with our church activities.
Tried to make it to the Garden Grove Park last Thursday but my husband had to work late. Trying to get together on a weeknight is difficult. Coming from Y.L.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.
Thanks for showing us the spot today at Mile Square. It was nice to see you and luffy
I agree about bringing toys but unfortunatley people do and I can't tell them "no" ya know? None of the other dogs seem to have a problem, I just wish I knew how to fix it. He would never act that way towards a human, I even grab his bones and toys out of his mouth with my mouth (gross I know) to be sure he doesn't.
