Hometown:: Aurora, IL.

About Me:: My first Corgi falted out in showing and I received him because no one wanted him. His name became Keyfin and since entering my life almost 30 years ago, Corgi is the dog for me. I completed 30 years with the Postal Service, and go to the local dogpark at least twice everyday. Cerydywn (16+ in years) came to me through an ad in the local paper. The people who had her thought she was too wild. She has proven to be the most loving and caring dog I have ever known.

About My Corgi(s):: I have three Corgis at the moment. Cerydywn I lovingly state is only 16 years old. Then the two young bloods, Chester (the tricolor) who is headstrong and extremely fearful of storms and Oscar (the youngest) who will be in the back yard barking at the storm to make it go away. Oscar is like a "teddy bear" and prefers to be always petted. Both the boys love to play soccer with an undersized ball. Oscar is the one who will actually bring the ball back to be kicked. The trick is to kick the ball without hitting either dog.

Cerydwyn's latest vet visit

When Cerydwyn received her yearly shots this month, the vet informed me that she lost 20% of her weight. I knew she was getting thinner because her morning constitutional often seemed to be for a much smaller dog. I now have to give her 1/2 a rymadil tablet every evening. I also notice that at times she gets trapped in the doggie-door and struggles to get through. Sinc increasing her medicine, she has become more spry at the dog park. I now add some… Continue
