Corgi may have epilepsy

I've dealt with this before and I thought maybe my dog had ingested something bad, but this time I'm beginning to think he may have epilepsy. He begins to act lethargic and is wobbly on his feet. He…Continue

Rectal Hernia

I was really disappointed there was nobody on here that had any knowledge about rectal hernia surgeries. Especially seeing most people on here breed or get dogs through breeders. Just wanted to post that I finally had to go through with my dog's surgery. I never had him neutered because I was certain I would eventually have him mate and have babies, but that never happened and the Vet saw that he was struggling to defecate and blood was in his urine. The vet actually caught all this in time and…See More

Rectal Hernia

Hey there! My corgi was recently diagnosed with a rectal hernia and I have decided to have corrective surgery done to fix it. Has anyone had to go through anything like this before? I'm obviously hoping for a good outcome and the hernia is only on one side so the vet said it should be easier to correct than a bilateral hernia. Please pray for me and my doggie! I want him to be ok.See More

Profile Information

About Me:
Well to start off I have always had a thing for corgis since I first saw one while working as a home care aide in Seattle, Washington. After that I knew I would eventually
have to buy one.
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
No
About My Corgi(s):
My corgi's name is Chili. His favorite toys are his ball and his piggy currently. He enjoys fun filled days in the snow and chasing squirrels. When we go for walks he has a way with the ladies and loves to give wet willys! I found him by responding to an add in the paper for corgi puppies. They were priced at $100 so after having searched around for corgis and their prices I knew this was the best offer and had to go for it. Upon my arrival to pick up Chili, I was greeted by the mother and father of the puppies. The father was a big red and white male and the mother was a very small tri-colored female. They both greeted me with kindness. Then came the pups. It was probably the cutest thing I've ever seen, this corgi family.
I have:
Pembroke

Hey Chilli Dog what a cute name. My Precious does the samething, she bites our necks and ears. She knows it makes us laugh so she does it over and over,then she barks as if she's laughing with us. I thinks its so funny because she does it on command to my boyfriend,she goes for the neck then I'll say,"get the ear, get the ear" and he's laughing like crazy, "I'm gonna have califlower ears!" he says,Get him again! What a crazy little girly. They bring laughter into our lives, it's a good thing!
