Anyone have a suggestion about male marking

We have a new Corgi. He is such a super dog, but he has a bad habit. He wants to mark his territory next to our toilet bowl. He doesn't have accidents in the house at all except for the marking. I don't know how to stop him. Any ideas please help.

We have 2 rescue tri males and I would love a female, but one of our boys is cripled and in need of wheels...this isn't the time to bring in a new baby! If your ever have a dog to socialize, our new rescue (of a year!!) has never been socialized and I would love to get him together with other corgis. Your babies are adorable!!!!!

LOL So far the city hasn't been very favorable, they keep saying that a dog park is big city stuff! Our group tried for three years and the city just wasn't receptive. Their loss!!
