So today Gonzo had his first visit with the vet, his tapeworms are completely gone! But he has earmites, poor baby. I hope they go away soon!
I found a new place, moving out of my parents house finally, getting a nice little 3-bedroom house with a couple friends, it has a backyard that's the perfect size for Gonzo, I'm stoked!
Well, I have to go work now, I'll blog more later!

Tommorow marks the one-week anniversary of Gonzo's life with me. Him and Moses play hysterically, as Moses jumps on top of the pet carrier, swatting at Gonzo (he's declawed, no worries!) and Gonzo jumping up and down...ah, I feel like a mother, haha. Gonzo is so outgoing, I had a small party this week and he just pranced about, as people couldn't resist picking him up, talking to him, protecting him from every little thing (and Gonzo tried to prove he wasn't so…

I was so excited to bring Dr. Gonzo home. He's got the most adorable personality, and already follows me everywhere, I'm in love! He even gets along well with my cat, it's too cute!
Now here's the sad news...

I just got a phone call--Dr. Gonzo's all good to go! Tomorrow after work I get to go pick the little guy up and I could not be more excited! The breeder told me he has the most outgoing and sweet personality of the litter, which makes me happy.

While I still haven't been able to pick up Dr. Gonzo (he's still a baby) I am so thankful to have a breeder that's nice enough to update with photos each week! Today I was pleasantly suprised to see the little guy has an adorable little spot on his right side--it looks like a big ol' freckle! I adore unique markings...I remember a friend of mine had adopted a corgi mix a few years ago with markings on his back that resembled a bunny--with his tail as the bunny tail! Ah, I am amused by these…

Okay, I must first say I, in no way shape or form, intend to offend anyone that follows specific showdog standards. I must, however, salute any breeder that actually charges MORE for blueies/fluffies, instead of less as if they are an insult. Same with people, I believe the different ones are the ones you remember, and the ones that leave a great impression. By charging more, breeders show they are celebrating differences, not treating them as a 'faulty'.
And must I say, I have seen…

Unfortunately, I just got an email from my breeder that Dr. Gonzo won't be ready for at least a week from saturday. *sigh* I understand completely, I would much rather have a healthy puppy than not. I was just soo excited for the weekend. Ah well, next weekend it ish.
