After much thought, we did decide to get a little boy puppy. At the breeders, Rosie acted like she was afraid of him and wanted absolutely nothing to do with him. Now that he is at home, I am surprised at how well they are getting along. Rosie rolls over onto her back and the puppy and her play. When she has had enough she gets up and walks away. We feed them in different areas of the kitchen and puppy has some crate time so Rosie can have the run of the house by herself. I got out voted on our puppy's name. My husband insisted on George (Georgy the Corgi?) which was not my first choice but sometimes you have to give in to the other half. We have yet to come up with his registered name for his papers. He is 3 months old and weighs a little over six pounds. He is tri-colored and neither of his ears are up yet. Right now he is mostly black and white, but I can see some brown starting to come in.
