Ok, I must admit I may be too picky. Lucy smells too doggie. Is this a corgi thing or just that is the way it is with dogs?

I know I am not supposed to give her too many baths, but after 3 days she is starting to really smell again. Not the sweet little puppy smell, sadly that is gone. This is just a dog smell. A lady I talked with today has two aussies and could not remember the last time she gave them a bath. She does clean their feet though when they are muddy.

I started using Buddy Bath since I saw great reviews on the length of time their pooches smelled good. It is lovely and I think really not drying on her skin. Lucy hits 4 days and it is time to refresh her a bit.

Ok, fess up...do you give your pups a bath pretty frequently or am I just a clean freak??? Does Lucy need some of that nice smelling spray I see that will hold her over until bathtime? aka doggie deodorant!!!

I live in FL, I think I bath my 2 corgis every 2 months? it depends if they've been to the beach lately, or rolled in mud...etc. I think they smell fine given the humidity here. We have a baby powder flavor spray that we bought 5 years ago and i think we just finished the bottle this year :)
