Hi Everyone,

For starters, I want to say "hi" to all of my new myspace friends! Obviously you came to my page because you are animal lovers too, like me.

So I just wanted to say "hello" and that I am happy you joined me here! :-)

I also am sending out this bulletin because I really need everyone's help. As many of you know, about a year ago, I started "New Dawn Pet Rescue". Through New Dawn, I go to the Los Angeles city animal shelters, and I rescue dogs that are scheduled to be euthanized. I also specialize in rescuing sick and injured dogs from the pound, because most people don't want to adopt a sick or injured dog. These dogs don't usually make it out of the pound alive. I've been very, very busy with this lately, and unfortunately my funds are running low.

I have THREE dogs that need surgery and/or medical treatment, right now:

1) Sascha is a senior Rottweiler who was rescued from the pound. She has an abscess on her rear end that is painful, and needs to be surgically removed.

2) Toby is a Corgi mix who was attacked by a dog and needs continued treatment to heal the many deep puncture wounds in his neck.

3) Snickers is a 5 month old Doberman mix who was rescued from the pound. He was hit by a car and has untreated injuries that require orthopedic surgery.

To treat these dogs costs thousands. If you can donate ANY amount, even if it's small, it will add up and make it so that I can continue saving these dogs, and finding them loving new homes. All the dogs stay with me in my house while they recuperate, and until I can find them a loving new homed. I know everyone is broke right now - and since times are tough, it's especially hard for me to get donations. But these dogs really need - and deserve it. With your help, they can be saved.
