Names??? Since the Queen has these darling little dogs, and our family heritage is from England and I LOVE London, and all things English, I wanted a name that makes me think of that country. One time I was visting Portsmouth, England on business, and met the sweetest l ittle girl named Lucy.

So...Lucy for a girl. But no real strong contenders for a boy name. I thought of Niles, but don't think my family will go for it. Love to hear some suggestions. City names in the UK, references to color (red, rust, black, tricolor) that may be different in the UK, and typical phrases that might work (like "brilliant" which I think tends to be very common there) would be great starting places. Crumpet? No, my two boys would gag. Ideas???

I looked on the internet and there are tons of baby name picking sites, and puppy name picking sites, but nothing seems to be clicking for me.

I think "Pip" is the best British male name for a corgi.

I like Robert and Walter also, but my guilty secret may be Tater Tot, love it for a corgi!!!

Well, I am probably going with Lucy if it is a girl, but still need some kind of amazing guy name. Ben is my son's name, so no go there - though I adore the name.

I have been leaning towards Buckinham, and we'll call him Buck. I think the macho boys around here would like the sound of it, and I get my UK fix.

Please keep the suggestions coming! Did love Annabelle though...maybe when I get my next corgi! I heard they are like potato chips and it is hard to stop at just one!

This picture is Charlotte. Fits her perfectly. Also known as Itty Dars. My boy is Augie, Soncass August Sky, he came that way. I know lots of Spencers and Winstons. Love Elliott for a boy corgi. Harry and Henry are great also. WE have a male cats named Oliver and Roy. Guess I like very traditional names.
