New record for Baron the destroyer. He destroyed 2 toys in less than 8 hours. A chew proof Kong toss and tug toy was chewed to bits, and all that is left of his Kong ball is bits and pieces of lime green "snow" all over the living room floor. We need Baron proof toys.

His favorite toy is the GoDog dragon. He figured out how to remove the squeeker. I put one of the Kong replacement squeekers in and sewed it back together again. He now has half the head ripped off. It is now waiting to be fixed with his other toys. It was the air kong ball that he ate. We are going to try the planet dog or tuff toys next. Thanks everyone.

We had a bad experience with our first corgi "Tucker" and Kong toys :( Tuck was a power chewer, we found out through this experience. He chewed a large piece off from his kong and swallowed it. We thought that it would pass, it didn't. We kept watching for it, finally he spit it up. This chunk was probably the size of a one inch jaw breaker...when it came up it was alot softer than when it went in...his tummy had tried to digest it to no avail. Moral: watch power chewers with kong toys or for that matter anything!

The air kongs hold up very well. Sparty loves to destroy things and Misty the doberman has a really strong jaw but we can keep them squeaking a very long time.

My dads dog is really and distroys toys instantly, These ones are great, they come in a veriety of shapes and colors have 3 layes of fabric(to is nice soft fleese) but other two are druable tough faberics. They are also tripple stiched with thicker and more duable thread. Each toy has a rate from 1-10 on how durable. They can be found at petsmart and may other stores.

I have a very destructive corgi, wants to rip everything up. We buy toys from www.planetdog.com. We buy the toys that have ratings 5 out of 5!!! Unfortunatley most of those toys are all balls, which is fine for fetch, but does get old after awhile. I ended up teaching Lance to play fetch with stuffed toys with me, of course this means training him with little pieces of his food. If I didnt have the food he wants to run away and destroy them, but with food training incentive he has learned to bring these stufffed fetch toys back to me. :)

I have good luck with the waggle and the kong, both of these have lasted over the years. Have had to replace over the years from wear and tear but not because he out right destroyed them. Im pretty sure he hasnt destroyed them because food is involved, lol.

I have even tried entertaining him with a basketball to herd around, but he rather try and destroy it :( Out the window goes that idea, since I thnk it just causes aggravation, because he cant destroy it.

I hope this is helpful. Good Luck, I feel for you. :)
