I checked with the gal and so far nothing on Toby.

Avyon....we have our gate padlocked.  Not only for that reason but because neighborhood kids end up with their ball in our yard and they come in to get it and don't close the gate.  In the dark I can't see if the gate is closed tight or not.  After one time of a damn cold October night...10pm....of running around the streets in my jammies and robe trying to find Max for 45 minutes...it's padlocked.

That's heartbreaking.. People always look at me funny when I tell them this happens.. It's so sad there are people who swoop in and steal pets like this :( Hope they find him!
