Dax and her good friend, Ziggy

I mentioned our dear friend, Ziggy, who was the first corgi I every really got to know, and who I have the privilege of dog-sitting from time to time. Ziggy was the reason that my husband and I chose to get a corgi. What a marvelous breed. Of course, I had to sit Ziggy on the lawn chair to make him about the same height as Dax. Here they are at my house, enjoying some outside R and R.

Soffie loves all big dogs! Her favorite is my sister's chocolate lab. They have been best friends since the day we brought Soffie home from the breeder!!

Years ago at our cottage our neighbor had a Newfy that my corgi Sparty loved playing with. It was a lot of fun watching them play. Your photo brought back good memories. What a great looking pair!
