I brought Dixie home today.
She is amazingly quiet for a puppy. However, when you get her excited with play it takes her a bit of time to calm down.
Right now she is sleeping, since I had to crate her with her Kong monkey and a bully stick so I could go to a meeting.
When I got back home she was snoozing away in her crate.
Hopefully she will still sleep soundly throughout tonight since she has been sawing wood for the past two hours.
Otherwise I'll try to tire her out with some training and fetch.

AWE, she is so cute, love little pups. Congratulations of your new little fur ball.Lots of love to come.
Ohhhhhh....I am in love!
She is adorable! I don't know if you are in a relationship or not, but now's the perfect time to find a mate! No one can resist a corgi puppy!!
And on a lighter note, you can call me in the middle of the night when she's up playing. Seanna has been sneaking apples in to the house in the middle of the night, and I've been woken up quite frequently lately to one landing on my nose from her throwing it in the air, or her chomping on the core.
So far it's been poop and pee (pnp), eat, play, nap, pnp, play, eat, pnp, nap.
She had shredded paper matted to her tuchus from her airline crate so I gave her a quick bath. However, she started crying, shivering, and trying to climb out of the tub. I hope I didn't freak her out when it comes to bathing. But now she smells like baby shampoo and buttered popcorn. :)
Enjoy your new puppy!
