Thank goodness the weather is cooling down, and I know Lance is thinking the same.  The thought crossed my mind, about taking Lance for a walk tonight as we finally have a cooler night.  All I had to do is say, I think I should go for a W and guess who comes running at the sound of that letter, yep Lance!!  I had to talk myself into it, but Lance ended up staring me into it, with the head tilt and those big blue eyes staring at me, we are going, aren't we??   That is all I needed to say ok, lets go!! 

It has been about 2 months or so since Lance has been able to get out, with everything going on.  He was like a puppy, exploring everything on the ground, leaves, branches, thinking about eating it but knowing better. We didn't walk too far as I don't want to over due it with him and I had to be very careful with lawns that were fertilized, we came across one.  After we came across the fertilized lawn, I changed my route, which ended up us, just walking down our block and back.  Walking back down our block, past the school, was a freshly cut lawn, which Lance put the brakes on for, wouldn't move. I figured Lance just had to do his business, lol, yeah right, did he fool me, he just wanted a mouth full of the cut grass.  :O  Yes, I did the finger sweep and removed the treasure from his mouth, no fresh cut grass for him.  Nice try Lance.  We were even able to sneak out of the house without Tucker, so Lance felt like he really got a special treat.  Tucker was playing with his human sister, so I don't even think he noticed we were gone. 

Yes, bring on the cool fall weather!!!
