My big, hairy friend Gromit turned two years old today so I grabbed the camera for his official birthday pictures, or as he likes to call them, "whelpday pix."
In some ways he hasn't changed much in a year, his coat is a little thicker, his face seems a little more broad, his coloring seems a bit darker on his back and he's settled down quite a bit. But over all his appearance is pretty much the same. My first two Corgi pals were red headed tri's so their color and markings changed noticeably over the years. I guess Gromit's color is like his nature, "Mr. Reliable."
Eyes that could beg a thousand treats
Eventually even the best natured Corgi says "Enough!" after too many pictures.

Many happy returns, pal.
Y'know, I think there may be an advantage to the light-colored coat in hot sun. The black-backed tris get HOT.
