Archie is finally at his new forever home. It was a 6 hr drive to get there, and a 6 hr drive home, but let me tell you, it was worth every milisecond. We're both pretty tired today, but he is the most mellow, sweet, & sensitive dog I think I've ever met. All he wants to do is cuddle and nudge your hand with his nose, if your not touching him. We got home last night at around 11:30pm, he checked out the backyard, went potty, and came inside. What amazed me, was he's never been around cats before, he came in, sniffed each of them real quick, and went about his business of checking out his new digs without even giving them a second thought. Like he'd known them already or something. As for him and my 13 yr old border collie/lab, same thing, a couple of sniffs, and they were good. This morning they ran around the back yard together, and although I wouldn't say it was quite a full on FRAP yet, I believe he's adjusting great. We'll keep you posted, and hopefully get some good pics & video for you guys over the long holiday weekend.

Looks like he easily passed the security checks by the cats and border collie. Nice to hear he fits right in!
