Oh of course, not because of the Corgis, they're all great! It's just that when I look at those pictures and imagine them blown up into calendar size, hanging at my desk, they don't all seem to be the best quality or composition. All cute pics, just maybe not all best for a calendar.

You could take all Dragster's pics and have a calendar made of just him! That would be fun to have and give to family.

I agree! it would be fun just to see the other pictures. Alice, i agree some of the pictures are not as quality (based on the shot not the corgi!) and yes it always seems like corgi pups make it in. They are so cute.

LOL thanks everyone! Its okay because i love all the corgi finalist! and i cant wait to get the calenders. he actually did really well taking the picture, he just got hot in the car. I have others i will post from that day!! we had a really fun time doing the pictures.

There was talk of a digital calender...maybe that can still happen and can include all the entrants whose pics were the proper resolution. That would be cool.

Exactly! People put in hard work and the pictures deserve some acknowledgement, plus I for one would enjoy seeing all the ones that were not chosen. I'm sure there were some great one's in there.

I was just thinking it would be nice to see all the pics that were submitted. Not to vote on them but just to see them and give them a chance to be seen and admired, even though they didn't make it to the calendar.

I know how you feel. I joined the site just a little too late to enter the contest for last year's calendar and I'd been waiting all year long to enter the contest this year. I spent a lot of time taking pics of Finn, trying to get a calendar worthy picture. I think his picture was awesome and I can totally see it in a calendar (not just because he's my dog but because the style and quality were there too). I'm totally bummed that he didn't make the finals. I love all the dogs and pictures chosen but while they are all nice pictures, I don't think they are all the best for a calendar. I am however glad to see that there are at least 3 Cardi pics in the finals. I really hope they make it to the calendar because last year's didn't look like it had any Cardis and that seemed unfair. I knew I should have just submitted one of Finn's old puppy photos! Who can resist a puppy, right? But, I felt like that was cheating since he's no longer a puppy. :)

Maybe next year we'll all have better luck. I wish we could vote on all the pics rather than being given 30 to choose from. I know it would be a lot of pictures to go through but some contests do that.
