Moving in one Week

Well it's official, we are moving from rural michigan to Peabody, MA next week. Hubby is already out in MA saying w/ family, and my in-laws are driving me and the kids out starting our adventure on the 14th.
Ella's awesome on car rides, so it should be fine. It's just going to be interesting getting her used to "big city" life.

Comment by Judi, Dawn, Soffie & Griffyn on October 8, 2010 at 1:16pm: : ) I smile because I grew up in that part of Massachusetts, a town called Reading which isn't too far from Peabody, and I never thought of it as a "big city" but maybe things have changed since I moved away in the early 70's. It's a great area and it's beautiful in the fall. You're not too far from the ocean. And there's lots of great history there! Rte 128 (also know as US 95) and Rte 93 can be a wicked commute so be prepared for that!! Good luck with your move, safe travels, and let us know when you've arrived and settled.
