So, im getting Romeo's paw print tattoo today. The problem is that I just can't get romeo paw print on a paper. Anybody have a good idea? i tried dipping his paw in water than color paper, but it looks like a small puddle. The only perfect paw print he makes is when he steps on his urine on the wee wee pad and walk across the pad. *sigh* Im also unsure to get his paw on the back of my neck or the ankle?

ty for the advice, i would do that if i had any food coloring T__T. but i did just tried using a eyeliner.. let just say his pink paw became totally black and it still didn't come out nice (almost). I might have to google and fine a similar paw --___--

Have you thought of using food coloring. Having him step on it and just placing him in an area covered in paper. that way he walks on it and he has to make at least one good foot print. It is safe for him and it looks nice. I would try that. I know Miranda made a fun mess when we did easter eggs when she was a puppy. That is why I thought of it.

Aww I think it's a great idea! Sorry I don't have any suggestions of how to get his paw print, but I do suggest that you get it on your ankle instead of the back of your neck. I just think it would look better there, and besides, like Derek said, it would be easier to cover up if you needed to. Good luck and be sure to post pictures!

The back hurts horribly. I couldn't handle it, I would think the ankle would hurt less. Also it is easier to cover up for employment reasons. The back of the neck it more difficult. My freind went to Borders and they loved him but required he cover his tattoos..... they are everywhere. Unless he wore winter clothes in the summer it would not work. So they put him as a stocker in the early morning. Just something to think about. I have mine on my arm, and I want one on my back, but it was on the back bone and the pressure made me spasm. They have not finished it.

If you decide to do it on the neck, just make sure they do a test run first with water and the needle. That way you don't have a half done Tattoo.
