Seanna had to go to her annual check up today. She passed with flying colors, except for her eyes. I mentioned that for awhile now, every once and awhile, you can see a sort of haze on her right eye--it's not deep enough to be a cataract. Sometimes you can see it straight on really well, other times you have to look really hard to see it. Today you can just look and see it. So she has it in both eyes, the right more than left, but it's there. He said there's nothing we can do to fix it, it's inherited, and it may progress or may not. Either way he said she shouldn't go blind, and it shouldn't interfere with her vision much. Poor baby....she's had a hard year!!

But on a good note she is down to 26.4 pounds....YEAH!!!

We are hoping for the best with her vision. Great job on the weight!

That's great news on her weight! That will be so good for her! But sorry to hear the other news about her eyes. Hopefully it won't progress and she'll adapt to what she needs to.

I guess it is good that she won't go blind but it's a bummer to add something else to her "problems"! Sorry Seanna and Jen!
