Well it looks like this week is done and I can't concentrate on work.. (sometimes working from home is a negative). It's too snowy and beautiful outside. We're right in the thick of it.. just outside of DC where they showed all the red bars.. tomorrow we'll have about 40+ inches on the ground with both storms added.
The. Dogs. Love. It. Since Sat morning we've gone out every morning and romped around.. and then they would sleep all afternoon while I tried to concentrate on work instead of wanting to curl up on the couch with my fuzzy children and a mug of chocolate...
Corgi's are so funny in the snow. Bouncing around like snow dolphins, burrowing holes like rabbits and chasing squirrels (those that venture down) like dogs.
Everyone is surprised by what they see. They all expected them to be unhappy with the height and not like this sort of weather and just never believe me when I tell them anything. Nobody wants to believe that these little guys are herders and adapt well to climate. I don't think anything would stop these two from an adventure truthfully as long as mom or dad come along to take them.
We've lost 4.... yes.. 4 balls... we've successfully destroyed the neighbors snowman... well.. truthfully ate its face.. (roxi loves carrots and they used beef jerkey for the eyes and buttons... I mean Common!) Decided that mini cat plows are evil.. and helped people dig out their cars... by supervising.
There is a tunnel system in the courtyard made by these two.. they run around them like a maze.. and helping dad bury mom in the snow is the best game ever!
this has been my last few days.. and I mean.. who could concentrate with all this fun?! Snow is so much fun :) Especially with corgi doggins!
Here are a few pics and vids. I'll be flushing everything out later. Sorry the vids are.. watermarked.. I need to download a new video editor. -
